It helped me quit smoking along with nicotine replacement therapy and counseling sessions. It's worth the $20 but barely. Super glitchy and laggy. I'm glad I actually quit smoking before it started acting strange. Was fine at first but now it's barely usable. Definitely won't renew the subscription since I only use it now to track how long it's been since I smoked and how much money I've saved. I can do that with a calendar. TL;DR It helped but other things I did helped more. Barely usable now

It was pretty buggy, but usually the ole close/reopen trick fixed it. The information and structure of the app was AWESOME. My only suggestion would be to add a "how do you feel after smoking a cigarette" section in the daily logs. Recognizing when it went from "this makes me feel better" to "wow I feel dizzy, sick, and generally terrible" was significant for me.

Was working well... now it's hung up on the loading screen and disabling data brings up the "We'll be back in a few minutes." Which it's been over 10 hours now.... Edit* Reset phone, cleared cache and data. No change. Had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again. 🤷‍♀️ Missed an entire day of logging. Possibly add-on a manual log feature to counter these issues.
