Alfagift provides a unique shopping experience with integrated membership benefits (Alfamart’s member) that can be used to shop on Alfamart stores, online and offline. By using Alfagift, you will get benefits such as being connected to more than 15,000 Alfamart stores throughout Indonesia, fast deliveries, and free shipping directly to your location. Alfagift brings your favourite store closer with several features and benefits such as:

Same Day Delivery & COD
While shopping in Alfagift, products can be delivered using SAPA (Siap Antar Pesanan Anda), from the nearest Alfamart store, same day delivery (orders up to 21.00 will be delivered on the same day). By shopping on Alfamart online using Alfagift, you can also get free delivery fee.
During the PPKM period, the same day-to-day adjustment applies for orders entering a maximum of 19:00. Orders after 19:00 will be sent the day after (H+1).

Integrated Membership
An integrated system with offline activities (direct purchases at Alfamart stores/outlets). You only need the member number / mobile phone number recorded on the Alfagift account or scan the member barcode in the application when making payments at the cashier. Automatically, spending points will be integrated directly into the Alfagift apps.

Member Benefits
1. A-Points: Shopping points that can be used as a cashback or exchanged for discounted price, vouchers/redeem free products and can be used to pay for your purchases.
2. A-Voucher: Direct shopping voucher offer without point redemption.
3. Alfastamp: Digital stamps obtained from product purchases at Alfagift and can be exchanged for attractive gifts/offers at the nearest Alfamart store.
4. Alfastar: Loyalty program for members that can be obtained through purchasing products with a certain amount or nominal to be exchanged for prizes directly or raffle coupons in the Alfagift application.
5. Check & Exchange Point: A feature that helps you to check the points they have and point exchange activities can be done independently in the application.

Shop Search
Shop Search is a feature that finds the nearest Alfamart store from your location with a maximum radius of 2 km sorted according to stores closest to your location

Official Store
Various official accounts from well-known brands that you can follow to make it easier for you to track your favourite items and get the latest information about ongoing programs through push notifications in the Alfagift application.

Alfagift Special Products & Promos
In addition to shopping for groceries online such as cooking oil, sugar, rice, egg, and herbs, you can also purchase credit, gallons of mineral water, and other Alfamart products. You can also buy special products that are not available at Alfamart stores, such as premium milk, baby diapers of certain types/brands, fresh food, and health products sent directly from Alfamart warehouse. Ratings and reviews

It's a nice app. Convenient indeed, however the services was so bad. Not in term of their staffs' hospitality but from the delivery time. My stuffs need more than 1.5 hours to be delivered to me. Even worse, i've been waiting for more than 2 hours for it to be delivered. Their excuses was because of a lot of customers were in the waiting lists but that's obsolete. My place were nearby from the shop and they could deliver it in approximately 15 - 20 minutes inc prep time. Hope it could be fixed.

Very useful and convenient app from Alfa to buy groceries and daily needs, has a nice UI and good UX. It provides good products and prices and interesting promotions. It also support Virtual Account, GoPay, and Shopee. Very nice app indeed.

Easy to use, whatever the items you might need, just touch and put them in your cart, pick up or delivery, then pay. Just wait and see the items to be delivered, or you pick them up by yourself.
