It is one of the worst App, very slow, always crashes, etc. I am a blue card holder, and details are not saving. 100%, it's a scam app. I immediately uninstalled. Such a prestigious group using a worthless App...

After this recent update, I am unable to login and its so frustrating! It asks for my mobile number, name and email ID as if i were a new user trying to register. Then once I add my emai ID it says it already exists and doesn't give me any guidance on how to move forward and there is no indication of a helpdesk or customer services email that i can contact! Of course, my email ID exists because I am an existing user!! How am I supposed to login? Please advise. Thanks.

Is the application still working? It doesn't open and only freezes on the logo. I have done several purchases and haven't been able to add their points due to the inactivity of the application!
