Cashback does not work with Marks & Spencer. App is not localized to local currency. Insists on AED. Cashier kept looking for bar code in app to scan but there is no bar code to be found even after successful registration. Poor app design. Also, why is the app still insisting I have not unlocked 2 for 1 offers even though I have made a registered purchase in M&S (which the cashback did not appear but purchase is recorded in app using mobile no?). Buggy design and data is not syncing.

The last game (Santa's cookies) doesn't work. I played 3 days , won every time and nothing was credited... And if I don't open the game when the pop-up appears, it doesn't have a way to select it. Waste of time.

After top up the redemption at Ikea counter shows insufficient funds. After calling blue rewards they say they will update when it's resolved. Customer service is not able to action this properly. If a top up is done on the app it's like loading money and then not having to access it when purchasing is embarrassing. This type of issues should be resolved on extremely high priority and live support rather than 24-48 hour timelines.
