It looks like the failed to load problem wasn't due to the App after all. With the device over-heating to over 45C during use and Apps became very sluggish at a later stage, it was apparent that either a faulty file system or OS was the cause. After migration to a new device all Apps ran fine. The original device was factory reset and fixed.

when I'm doing account verification by email it's giving unexpected error, however I sent an email to help desk there answer it's like I want to rest the router to get internet reconnection, they gave 3 options, first ensure the app updated ((which I just download it)), 2ed restart mobile, 3rd making sure that I have enough space I don't have time to keep trying something that not working accurate,

I'm not running around after you , just fix your app !!!! unable to open even after un installing on s24 ultra update : omg again this app is crashing and can't open !!! it's hopeless really ...... i didn't get my 10% cash back on paint products as sold and promised by Ace. Your call centre manager is not at all helpful and seems helpless to assist properly without totally wasting my time. This is supposed to be a reward but had become a total inconvenience.
