Really lousy app. Very slow and my cash rebate from shopping at Marks & Spencer did not get credited. I reported to M&S store and the manager has been emailing the Blue Rewards team to no avail. Their reply was that it has been issued and is in their system but that is useless cos it is not reflected in the Blue Rewards App. This is possibly due to the App Update as there was less problems in the past before the update.

It is one of the worst App, very slow, always crashes, etc. I am a blue card holder, and details are not saving. 100%, it's a scam app. I immediately uninstalled. Such a prestigious group using a worthless App...

Its extremely slow. It takes ages to load the barcode. Usually it takes around 2-3 minutes to load which is terrible and the whole line has to stay behind me till i load this app to scan the barcode. Really need a fix for this.
