I Absolutely highly reminder to check out this out I did and loved it
It has most of the main parts of the iOS version, but some noticeable things are missing. There is no keylock, no pre-scanning for BPM and such and no fine pitch adjustment. The turntables are also very choppy and aren't nice to look at while playing songs. In short, if you have access to the iOS version, get that. If not, this version is only somewhat worth checking out. You might get more fun out of it not having known what the iOS version is like.
The app keeps crashing on my android tablet. That bug needs fixed immediately or let people know app does not work on tablets. Seems to work okay on android phone but who wants to mix on a 4 inch screen versus 10 inch? Wasted money
I'd like to see the possibility to organize the music files by root (physical, hierarchical organization), similarly to PowerAMP. This is still missing and in my case with several GB of music this is needed!!! Without it, the app is almost useless, as I loose too much time searching for the right tracks

This used to be one of my favourite apps. Paid version. Now i can't even launch it. Crashes every time. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and it won't even let me reinstall it. Download fails before 100%. Do not have this problem with any other app... What's the deal? Edit; it looks like it doesn't support Android 7.0?
This app isn't the same as when I used it on the iPhone so many years ago. When trying to loop a section, the loop does not snap like it once did. In fact, the loop is constantly short. Also, when using songs from my own library, the bpm is rarely correct causing for horrid mixes. The app does not detect tempo well at all. I'm using a Samsung j7. I'd love to give this app 5 stars. The current iteration of this app is very buggy.
It has a bad delay pressing the sound effects button and over all not snappy on the cuts! I wanted to buy the external piece but I'm not liking the delay of sound on Android Google Pixel. Very disappointed I might have to get a iPhone just for better quality.
Why can't you make as good app as dj2 for Apple devices? 1. Adjustable crossfade time in Automix (here 10 sec unchangeable) 2. Use Spotify playlists in Automix ...and other stuff mentioned by other users. If you do something, do it right!
Hi guys, this is frustrating, I just bought this app and it does not launch on my Samsung s6 edge.... Error appears everytime I press the app is "Unfortunately dj2 has stopped".... I just want my money back
For 5th time i try to record fukcing mix and it crashes after 10-15 minutes... Damn thing is spoiling me... I really like app but that crashing thing is kind of annoying... It record mix,take whole lot of memory but after crash i can't even play what o recorded... Fix that and it will be ***** without thinking...
Came a long way from the first time I tried this application. Fixed all the issues I had before where my music wouldn't load and caused a restart. Keep up the great work!

Hey Jose, You can solve this issue by disabling the "Do not keep activities" option in the developer options of your device settings and you will be able to use the app. If this works, maybe it will change your mind about your rating ;) Spotify wont load. Spent money on the upgrade from the free version now all it does is crash and i gotta pay twice. Good scam but never will i givebu guys anymore money
Not as good as on iOS. The iPad version allows you to pre-cue songs whereas the Android version does not. Compatibility is not always guaranteed - works seamlessly with Moto x play but crashes on opening on Samsung Galaxy tab a 10.1
App is a bit stuttery with some music and would be nice to search music by folder. The ability to have an extra cross fader that can be opened that is bigger to give more control on small screen devices. Its an ok app but could do with a few refinements to make it more usable.
I have a Samsung s7 and the app keeps crashing after I load a song or try and pick a song- have uninstalled and reinstalled both this and spotify. I then installed the Samsung software update and it still doesn't work. Help I can't find any solutions online and I have to djay a party in a week! It's a new phone I didn't have these problems on my s4!?

I have the purchased Version. Dj2. And it doesn't work well at all. App won't even start up. Some error message comes up and it won't load up
Why the iOS version is better than this one? Anyway some tracks sounds choppy and the app crashes when I use a filter.
Definitely the best djing app for android, only issues i have is not being able to use keylock which is available on apple version and also if you could sort out the bug that stop me from editing the sampler that would be great, otherwise a great piece of software
Wicked app for beginners love it. But be prepared to pay for it. As in read information Before u download. You will need a Griffin dy cable. Wich should costs no more than 15pounds sterling. UK It's worth buying the real thing . not a copy. I got mine from amazon. This app works with my Samsung s5 mini And my new s7. I have been doing kitchen party's just with my phone a Griffin dj cable, headphones and a home stereo that has an amp with a AUX input. . I've think I'm a super star dj now. ..lol Well done to djay algoriddim for this Tune coming in l8trrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This used to be my favourite app in the world now it really frustrates me. Using a Galaxy S7 and i can't even have a 5 minute mix without it kicking me out with a unexpected error. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling with it to. Please sort this out and I'll live you again 😀
Pretty neat, except crashes about once every 1-2 hours, and is missing some features as mentioned by others. If you are serious about audio, iOS still has better support for it than Android.
4*'s is still a little generous. They obviously favor apple products, but I use a Samsung Galaxy View tablet (18" screen and 8 core processor, more than enough ram) and they don't provide one function that is crucial. .. the pitch lock. This renders the sync function almost useless. And like the rest of the DJ programs, the library control is very limited. I have 100+ gb of music on my device, and I can't even sort by rating, genre, comments OR BPM (though it does show next to the track itself). Fix the simple stuff, and maybe I'll be tempted to invest in your accessories because it will finally be an intuitive replacement for bulky PC based rigs.
It works fine on the iPad but on my android devices it cuts off after 10 to 15 minutes witch sucks. please fix because I really like the app

The IOS version is way better than android. It's missing a handful of stuff like how the format of the search of spotify can be customizable and it automatically changes the songs for you when auto-mix is enabled. Please resolve this ASASP!!!!
Don't buy this I did and it doesn't work with Spotify what's the point of this. I better this comment won't even be displayed :( it says only premium members can use Spotify so I've bought the bloody thing and I can't use it clearly a lie I would like to be refunded my £2.99
On the latest version of Android for the s8 your app suffers from severe lag and isn't responsive enough to now be viable to use. Disappointing as this used to be one of my favourite apps
Freezes and shutdown whenever I try to customize the pads. Also just randomly freezes. Not practical to last minute emergency use
Spotify premium does not work with this app. I want my money back!!!!!! Very pi**ed off customer. Maybe I should quit my job and steal people's money with false advertising, you guys are doing a good job at that, but not much else
No batch song analysis to display BPM. No way to prepare play list. Two simple and very often used features. Otherwise everything else is great.
[Update May 18th: Updates don't seem to be much change. I've since changed devices to a 3T, but looping seems janky and out of sync and app some times crashes mid mix. Really wish they would bring the same performance and reliability in the iOS version to android. Keeping rating at 4 stars because still an excellent app and by far the best mobile dj app [Update Nov 5: constantly crashing. Haven't changed devices (Z2). Not reliable. However I continue to play weekly because it's best android DJ game on market] Can't organize by bpm 😞 there's a slight delay on applying loops 😞 among other things that need tweaking before 5 stars. I will say that being an addict of the IOS version,I can't wait for this to be updated
