Last Friday night I ordered a cab using the app and received a call back from them confirming I did in fact need the taxi. When me and my wife exited the vehicle about 15 minutes later we realized we no longer had her telephone which had a wallet case containing her State issue government ID and debit card. We immediately called them back and they said they would return it for 13 dollars which we didn't have ATM. So we said we would call back the next day and now they won't return it to us
