Prices are cheap, and it's pretty easy to find/get free shipping for most stuff. I also really like how you can play games to earn coupons or game points to exchange for coupons. My only complaint is that since they switched the coupon redemption to be a limited number per day and set it to reset at the same time every day, i haven't been able to redeem a coupon. Even tried only 2 hours after reset but they're gone. My 75k game points are effectively useless :/

Scammers... found a costume, never used app before so it said there was a "new user discount" so in total for the item and the $10 shipping i would pay $30... OK I can deal with that, go to cart to checkout add info, continue to add payment method, didnt even take me a full minute to add payment and when I clicked review, a pop up came up and said "discount expired" now the price of your order is $42... NOPE, that is false advertisement! customer service did NOTHING! took screenshots of it all!

When you do have a problem with an item and need it addressed, it seems aliexpress' only solution is having the buyer return each item for a refund. Even an item that may cost $2... they still expect you to go to the effort of returning it even when you show through photos it's damaged. Completely ridiculous. No way to dispute it either. Not customer focused. I used to spend tens of thousands of dollars on here yearly, but I'm going to stop until they make it easier to resolve quality issues.
