Would be better if there was a customizable dashboard. Plus, there appears to be no way to see what your current deductible status is. And little to no explanation on when you can use your flex spending account. Also, emails from Smart-Choice say you can upload documents via the app in the Claims section. There is no claims section! Basically, the app is only good for viewing your current balances... and that's it!

always says "not connected to internet" or "incorrect response from server. please try again later" when you want to use it. app does not let you take and store receipts so you have to save them elsewhere. it's so frustrating. there is NO 24hr customer service. only 7-7 m-f. so good luck finding the time to call customer service. only reliable thing about this app is the text updates of your balances. Optum is so much better to use and navigate. I wish my company never changed.

It has been very challenging to input routing numbers and account numbers directly on the app. There's a bug/glitch once you save the account number. For "brevity" I ended up mailing myself the reimbursement checks and then depositing them mobiling which is a hassle. Also, the app allows you to input re-occuring medical expenses that need to be paid. So I did. Then I got a letter in the mail that they accidently mailed it to me instead of my provider and explained my options to correct it.
