Garbage app. Signing up was painful, with multiple restarts. Navigating the app is painful, with multiple "sorry, that's not available right now", constantly redirecting to the website instead of things actually being in the app, and every time that happens I tell it to accept cookies, but apparently it's not using cookies, because it asks every time. This is not worth the gift card (that program also being one of the "sorry, unavailable" things). Do not recommend.

If you have another option use it. Customer service closes help tickets as resolved after a week, regardless of if your issues been resolved. You sit on a spinning screen that will not load if you want to check future coverage (as does customer service.) nothing is really straightforward so you have to dig to find what you need. It's not user friendly and very frustrating to use, especially if you need to quickly check for information.

Absolutely horrible Always says there is a glitch when I try to upload documents or take pictures to submit my claim. Can't speak to anyone on the phone due to sooooo many security road blocks. i have less trouble with my banking app! I absolutely hate it and wish it could be replaced! of there were negative numbers for stars, I'd select that as a rating. HATE IT and this whole process!
