If you have another option use it. Customer service closes help tickets as resolved after a week, regardless of if your issues been resolved. You sit on a spinning screen that will not load if you want to check future coverage (as does customer service.) nothing is really straightforward so you have to dig to find what you need. It's not user friendly and very frustrating to use, especially if you need to quickly check for information.

Honestly, this app is garbage. It can't do anything without opening a separate page, and there's no way to back out on most pages without hitting the X to close, which takes you all the way back to the login. So, after logging in a total of 6 times I finally got my personal info and benefits done for my employer, and hopefully that's the end of having to use this piece of work.

Can't submit for reimbursement. I click reimbursement and it says "we have a glitch" and it has said that for weeks now. I put in a request for resolution, they closed my ticket saying it is fixed. Nothing has changed. I can submit via the browser, so it's not like there is a problem with my account. Tech folks, if you're reading this please reach out to me if you need more details to be able to fix this.
