The app is OK... Just ok... I think if I didn't have experience with an AWESOME app that was developed for another credit union, I would think this app was pretty decent, but it's clunky and disjointed. The bill payment system doesn't integrate well with the transfer system, it's difficult to make transfers to other Align accounts that aren't mine (e g., family with their own) the check deposit function is not ambidextrous (I'm disabled & it's right-hand-only) Mortgage is here, so I'm stuck...

Worked fine for a while but for the last month and a half it hasn't been working. I can't even log in. I have to get up and drive to Haverhill to see my balance which can be quite annoying at times.

1. No message stating why deposits fail. 2. Failed deposit stays in pending many hours before marked failure, should let user know much sooner. 3. Successful deposits should be processed sooner. 4. No option to access credit card from this app as there is online via web. SUMMARY Only reason to use app for me is to make deposits - works ok sometimes, but, always frustratingly SLOW. If closest branch was not an hour from home I 'd just drive there instead of wasting time with this app.
