This is the worst app on my android phone. The last set of pictures took me 45 minutes to take the first six. Even when the option to not use the assistant appeared, I would click it, and it would still be in assist mode. So I had no choice but to suffer through 45 minutes of open your bike slightly.... this app cannot recognize an open bite properly. Bright, medium or spot light still doesn't work. Invisalign doesn't care. They already have your money for the product why fix the app...

The detection systems might be the worst software coded in history. It normally takes me at least 10-15 minutes to take a total of 9 pictures - it keeps saying "Back teeth not detected" when they are very visible. During that time, I need to stretch my entire face to the absolute limit using a cheek retractor. I feel more pain taking pictures than when I broke 3 fingers. And I have to do this weekly. The interface is alright but the detection systems are horrible so it really doesn't matter.

This is by far one of the worst apps I have ever used. Every single time I have to take pictures when changing my trays it crashes and doesn't let me submit the photos, leading to me wasting 20-30 minutes of my time by having to take pictures and then retake them. 5000+ dollars for something my dentist deemed as more 'cosmetic' than necessary. I hope this company goes bankrupt.
