Ratings and reviews

When I first downloaded the app, I was able to set a custom ringtone. While waiting on my second round of aligners, the app logged me out and wouldn't accept my password. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now I can't set a personalized ringtone and I'm losing track of my new change schedule because the notification sound is my default ringtone, which is always going off so I'm missing important notifications for the change schedule. Bring back the option to personalize the ringtone.

it's cool, but the timer operation is a bit annoying. I wish I could just tap once and set the reminder by default so that I don't have to choose it every time. the timer reminder is confusing. tapping the notification doesn't stop the timer. the timer stopped notification is not necessary. it doesn't accommodate dark themed phone. the session timed out too soon.

Barely usable and buggy. Requires initial GPS/country to start. Why?! The app force close 8 times during set up in front of the orthodontist. Requires fingerprint to login the app. Again, why? Good luck opening the app w/ wet fingers after removing aligners. Timer sets off notif on phone, but not alarm? Requires notif be set and confirmed each time. Timer doesn't always pause when clicked. The only thing that's really useful about this app is knowing when you need to swap your aligners.
