most drivers get out and make sure I get in without to much trouble. Alot of the drivers don't speak English or have trouble understanding English. I had only two drivers that was rude to me. I like i can see where they are so I can be outside without getting to cold , hot,or wet. most of the time I have a very comfortable and pleasant ride.

super user friendly and ALOT faster! I was able to book a trip in just under 60 seconds when normally it takes several minutes to input all the addresses and information

Update for 2026. So far things have panned out in regards to making appointments. The last few drivers waited for me. However concerning drivers. I forgot some personal items in the car a couple of times after getting home. I called the driver but was put into the automated system (is this a so called security thing?) left a message and got no response. Either the driver was told (or found) about the items and never bothered to backtrack riders or the next rider stole them.
