The app is good. The laundering / dry cleaning is good. The collection & return of items is terrible to the point that I'm no longer going to use the service. Supposed to collect/return between 16:00-21:00. Initially this was happening but then a new guy is doing this and doesn't arrive until 22:00-23:00. Or, as with my last order, he didn't show up at all. Left feedback & complaints but received no response and no improvement.
