Favorite offline app.. Better than most when it comes to routing. I really like all the preferences I can set for how routes are calculated. There are a few issues that keep me from a 5 star rating. One is how when you pick up a route in the middle it always tries to send you back to the beginning or if a waypoint is it tries to send you back to that waypoint instead of just continuing on with the route. The maps are good but some issues when out in the country on smaller roads lots of broken roads and trails as roads, Etc..
While not perfect, this is the best navigation tool I have found: better than standalone GPS units or in-car navigation systems. Offline maps with free upgrades makes those other systems obsolete with their $150/yr upgrade fees.
The best I had tried most of other applications like sygic using the premium version. Copilot is by far the most reliable.
Overcharged, stopped working. Developers don't respond to complaints They advertised one price but charged more. always crashed in the middle of a trip. after an update, quit working. No support from developers. They ignore emails, etc. Reinstall didn't work. bought brand new phone. this was first install. Didn't work. Galaxy tab 2, proclaim, lg g3, g4. User forum is not support. Google doesn't respond to complaints against alk technologies
Best so far. Update. This has been the best gps app I've seen. Their are some others out there that are pretty nice but have hidden subscription fees. I'm a fan of the one time purchase price. My garmin nuvi gps is still best by far but I have high hopes for this app. Update 7-29-15. Crash crash crash! Type in destination and it crashes just when you really need it. Two different android devises same result.
Last update broke the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled installed. Will not accept address numbers but will take street name. The result is that it will not navigate
This update provides minor performance enhancements and fixes to continue to improve your CoPilot experience.
Did you know? You can select your mode of travel by going to Route > Vehicle Preferences and choose one out of five transport options.
