The new app (designed for improvement) is the most frustrating, non-user friendly app I have ever used. Whoever suggested, purchased, or implemented the new app should be FIRED. The app uses too much space for menu items and not enough space for command or execution buttons. I have complained to GA Own, and not even the online tech folks can help me, for they also seem to be unable to navigate the new app. I am seriously considering moving my bill-pay system to another bank. Rating = ZERO.

They broke this app with the change to "Payments". First, they made it more cumbersome and less navigable. Secondly, visible information is impaired by the inability to scroll. For example, you can only access the last two payments but none before that. Worst of all, when you open the keyboard to input data, the field you're inputing into disappears from view. In summary, you now have to use the website to perform simple tasks that can no longer be done with the app.

App was great before last update. I use a password manager and the app no longer allows pasting your passwords in which means if you have a secure password then you have to write it out first ruining any security a password manager provides. Contacted support about this and they said they were working on it but it's been a couple months with no progress. Kind of makes the app useless if you can't paste.
