Changed my review from 5 stars to 2. App still works fine, but at least twice a week when I try to log in it acts like I have never logged into the app before and I have to go through the extra authorization steps to log in, and it will constantly do this no matter how many times I tell it to remember this device. It's been the exact same device for roughly 3 years, quit asking.

Removed credit card management completely from the app when they switched to a new payment processor, can only be accessed from mobile browser or desktop, no response from them on if/when they will bring this back to mobile app, but it's a big hassle to do all of this from a computer. Also, if you had a pending credit card payment on/around the switchover date, it's gone without warning, and your credit card payment is now late/missing. Congratulations GA's Own, you finally convinced me to go!

Came back to change my review from two stars to one. The fingerprint login no longer crashes my app. The issue is now that the app just won't load 97% of the time. I have to close and reopen the app multiple times and just hope that it loads. Most of the time I open the app and just get a blank white screen. I've waited with it open for several minutes and the app Still. Doesn't. Load. I'll be moving soon and honestly this app alone is making me contemplate switching to a different bank.
