For those of you who are having difficulties using this app, follow these simple steps: 1) Install app before the flight. 2) Connect to SouthwestWIFI 3) Open your internet app - you will be re-directed to the Southwest homepage. 4) Purchase unlimited Wi-Fi, movies, etc. 5) A short sample video will play to determine if your device has the correct capabilities. 6) If you can see and head the video, click "yes" and you be re-directed to the AirTime app. Click "Portal" and enjoy! 7) If you can't see or hear the sample video, take a deep breath, put your device away and pull out a magazine. You'll want to upgrade your device when you land.
Three years ago, I wrote: "Four flights, four failures to run." Now, it won't even install. This is absolutely pathetic. Rate this "less than zero".
Couldn't get the webpage to recognise that i had the app. The flight was wasted as I was unable to enjoy the content i wished to.
Most people giving 1 star are probably too dumb to even use this app. Works flawlessly.

Fix playback issue on some Samsung devices where users will see black screen and no video but will hear sound.
