Useless. You can only be registered on 1 device. That wouldn't be an issue if they answered emails or had proper customer support to unlink the account. You can't change it online either. non-existent support. The UI and UX needs a major revamp. The website; one for ordering online and the other just to view account details.. why? They don't care about this app or the development of it. Would not recommend until they get their act together.

The app is indeed a convenient way to do your online business if u don't have a credit card; I admit, but why does it take 2 days to send money from your bank account to the card? IF I needed to do something in a hurry this would not be the way to go. I seldom get remittance for which this would be handy but everything else, no go developers. Seriously considering returning the card and cancelling the usage.

This probably by far the worst update ever. I was so comfortable with the old app because it did everything I wanted perfectly, then the update came and ever since then I cannot enter my account or even use my card because it's turned off and I have to get in the app to turn back on.. I want the downgrade version
