I've been using Alliance Broadband for the past two months. Sure, there are downtimes here and there as expected, but overall its a very good service so far. However, in terms of the app, it's useless. I'd prefer to make payments and interact via the app, but it always says that my Client ID is invalid. Its been months and I've complained repeatedly, but all they say is that there are technical issues. I mean, come on. Please fix this. Its a much needed app.

Nice work with the app. Here are few suggestions. 1. Your app database is redundant which means i had only my mobile number registered not email id. Now when i add email id in the app it successfully gets saved but it is not being updated to your desktop login page. 2. You should add options so that users can change there plan if they wish during recharge so that they don't have to call the LCO. 3. Your app should not auto start with the phone. Every time i switch on my phone it gets auto started and prompt to login which is unnecessary and annoying. Hope you will see these suggestions.

Worst app, don't download it. I am a user of Alliance broadband from last 7 months. I downloaded this app tried to login, but every time it says "customer id not found". I contacted customer services and they said technical issue. I don't understand if they take more than a year to resolve this issue as it is more than 7 months now. And i also believe the customer service representative replying in WhatsApp knows only one line. " It's a technical issue and will take time to fix it "
