Everything went great for the first year that this laundromat opened and started using the app. Had no issues until recently. Every time I go to try and start the dryers, the app freezes when saying, "Please make sure all doors are closed." I have to fully close out of the app to get it to go away. To start the dryers I have to go log into the kiosk and waste more time. It's irritating. Please fix this issue!

Where all other [apps] have failed, Huebsch succeeded... Also, on the rare occasion that one of the machines DOESN'T work, that's always on a site-by-site, case-by-case basis. Otherwise, I've been using this app for three months now, and I've yet to have a SINGLE issue. 'Nuff said.

In general works quite well, but I recommend disabling notifications, especially for dryers, as there appears to be a way to extend times from the notifications and I have accidentally triggered it without intending to. Since I don't leave laundry unattended anyway, the notifications don't really serve a purpose. Still, this is a huge improvement over using tons of quarters. I would recommend app.
