While the Speed Queen locations are great their apps are horrible! I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app at least five different times over the last couple of months due to it not being able to find my account, not being able to log me on or just not being able to find any machines at the location I'm at! Half the time when I'm there the machines are listed as offline. As great as the place is they really need to fix the app it's very frustrating!

As a full time traveler this app has been useful a couple places. However, the balance stays at whatever location you added it. So, for example, I had just 25¢ left in Chesapeake, VA, but when I signed into a place in Washington state, it showed no balance. That is ridiculous! How do I get my balance back if I'm never going to be somewhere again? It should be app specific, not location specific.

What kind of world do we live in that I can't use the dryer just so I can pack clothes that got soaked in the rain without installing an app making an account, just to see that the minimum balance I can add is $10 to pay for $1.75 dryer that I will likely never use again. App works fine for the 2 minutes I had it installed. Completely ridiculous.
