The app charges multiple times for the same machine. it will tell you there is an error and to try again but take money both times. Also, I had it deduct $2 for a machine, then told me that the machine was offline. There is no contact information on the app to dispute charges to get refunded. And of course, you have to load money on the app to use it so you can't dispute with the bank.

Be careful if you switch locations because you will LOOSE YOUR CREDITS AND REWARDS! Not to mention that it sometimes charges you twice for trying to load credits but only shows one transaction. So basically theft and or fraud. I've filed a complaint with the BBB due to not being to get help getting refunded.
