The app charges multiple times for the same machine. it will tell you there is an error and to try again but take money both times. Also, I had it deduct $2 for a machine, then told me that the machine was offline. There is no contact information on the app to dispute charges to get refunded. And of course, you have to load money on the app to use it so you can't dispute with the bank.

We used to be able to have more than 1 card on the app and now you can only have ONE. That's ridiculous, super inconvenient and time consuming to delete and add constantly. No one really wants to be at the Laundromat as it is, and this adds time we are wasting there. It's also annoying that it randomly logs me out if I haven't used it in a few days.

I tried to use the washers through your phone app, but I could never get a few washers to connect so I could wash. Ended up using the cash I had to eat with instead ! Other than that experience, the app and the laundry machines that have your app have worked fine. This is better than carrying the left over change until you spend it 🙃🫠. More so when your homeless.
