The app charges multiple times for the same machine. it will tell you there is an error and to try again but take money both times. Also, I had it deduct $2 for a machine, then told me that the machine was offline. There is no contact information on the app to dispute charges to get refunded. And of course, you have to load money on the app to use it so you can't dispute with the bank.

makes doing laundry sooooo much easier. I don't have to worry about change and quarters and counting and all. I like the history so if I double pay I get my money back. I've been using it since 12/2023 and haven't had any issues. one time there was no wifi at the laundrymat so I had to use quarters. that's the only issue I've had 😊 and I really like the $10 for every $100 i spend

I initially found this app quite useful. However, recently, I've encountered a major issue. My credit card information disappeared from the app, and now I can't add a new card. Every time I try, it simply doesn’t work. This is frustrating, especially when the app was working perfectly fine before. I hope the developers address this issue soon, as it’s severely affecting the functionality that made the app useful in the first place.
