No Payment Adjustment! Fail! I can not change my payment option! It is important for me to have insurance and make a payment of 800$. If I was this company I'd make sure my clients can easily pay and use multiple cards to make a payment. Alliance United doesn't like to get paid!!!

WORST APP AND INSURANCE EVER! The company never answers the phone. There is absolutely no way to make any changes to your account through the app or by phone! Absolutely terrible. So many issues but this was the most frustrating!

I don't understand how you haven't fixed the ability for your clients to access the insurance I.D. cards through the Alliance app. I have to log in through the website to do so, for this I have given the use of your app, 2 stars. What an inconvenience!
