It's very simple. Access your policy details, go to the payments section, and select the period you need. The system will generate the PDF and XML files for your tax records.

What do I do if I have an accident and no data signal?

The application saves emergency numbers. If you cannot report digitally, use the direct call button to contact the claims center.

How do I know if my policy is active?

On the home screen, you will see the status of all your policies (Auto, Major Medical Expenses, Life, Home) with a clear indicator of validity and renewal dates.
Can I check the status of my reimbursement?

Yes, in the Medical Expenses section, you can track your ongoing claims and check if they require additional information.

No permite acceder a la cuenta, muestra error indicando que la contraseña es incorrecta aún y cuando se acaba de cambiar

La app sencillamente no permite acceder a la sesión, se queda en bucle pésimo servicio (actualizacion): pongo mi contraseña y me la marca como incorrecta Edit: el correo no funciona para variar, informando el problema 🫤
