Ratings and reviews

App is bugged on Android. The keyboard keeps covering the chat UI and text. Makes the app very difficult to use. Also no notification functionality for when you've reached the end of the queue for an advisor. Easy to miss your slot.

For at least a month the app has been reporting the service is temporarily unavailable. I tried re-installing, but no progress.

always telling me that the service is temporarily un available. i cant even log in into the account. please make an update to your app.
