Adjust your home’s temperature anytime, anywhere from your Android device with the Comfort Sync mobile app!



Control the temperature at home using the intuitive temperature dials from anywhere in the world: on the beach, on the slopes, or even from the couch. Already in bed but want to adjust the temperature? No problem! The Comfort Sync app is there to adjust your home’s comfort without requiring you to leave that comfy bed. 



Leave the house and forget to dial back the thermostat? Simply start the app and use the one-touch away mode to save energy the entire time you are gone. Cancel the away mode before you get back to return to a perfectly comfortable home.



You must own a Comfort Sync thermostat to use the Comfort Sync app. The Comfort Sync thermostat must also be connected to your home’s Wi-Fi router before the app can control the settings. With the Comfort Sync app you will have the ability to:



•Adjust the temperature from anywhere

•Change whether your system should heat or cool your home

•Select the program you wish to run

•Put the system into an energy savings away mode when no one is home

•Select your fan to always run (ON) or come on occasionally (circulate)

Ratings and reviews

The app works very poorly. It crashes most of the time. When it does work, it takes a very long time for the app to load up. Additionally, the temperature control mechnism in the app is a very small interaction wheel element that is hard to use quickly with accuracy - the Next dial is much easier to use which is what I was expecting if you look at pictures of the "other" Comfort Sync Thermostat app on the Google play store. If the product owner for this is reading, please prioritize fixing: 1) app crashes 2) slow loading 3) changing temperature interaction element to something more usable. Beyond that, it'd be nice to have it open the one home automatically rather than making me make an extra click to open my only home (duh!).

Zero stars! The only option you have is to change the temp and put it in away mode!! Would like to be able to do everything I can do on the thermostat, they should have the same look and features! That's the point of having an app!! It states it's been updated on 4/13/2022 but I don't see anything different. Same look and features and is still slow at communicating with the thermostat!

Outdated app, it just crashes constantly when I open it. It doesn't even take me to my dashboard anymore. This all happened after the latest Android OS update. I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app to get it to work, but that only worked the one time. The app hasn't been updated since 2015, if that tells you anything... and Allied doesnt seem to care, judging from their lack of response to all reviews.
