About this app

The MyHomeComfort App puts control of your MyHomeComfort thermostat and accessories at your fingertips, anywhere, anytime. Adjust temperatures and schedules, manage humidity, or balance comfort across rooms with our add-in zoning solutions. When paired with Allergy Sync™ , you can also track and improve the air your family breathes.

To use the app, you must own a compatible MyHomeComfort thermostat (CA4 and A3). Your thermostat must be connected to your home Wi-Fi before the app can manage settings.

Junk. Just migrated from the previous version. this app won't even open. Crashed upon launch every time. unreal.

Nothing will connect now and system got wiped. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Forced to upgrade from the old app. Tried to reset password, doesn't work. Just get a blank page. Failed login attempts don't reset after any duration. Password reset token didn't even get consumed. I think this company is struggling with its development teams. Possibly not experienced web/cloud/distributed systems engineers. The UX even on the thermostats themselves tends to be clunky as well.
