Booked a cab to take us to the airport at 5.55am. They immediately charged 1eu for validation, and 50eu for booking. An sms came in saying my card was charged. I received a call saying drivers were only available at 5am - I accepted even though it was inconvenient. Around 11pm (our flight was at 9am the next morning) I receive a call and sms saying our cab was cancelled. I tried to call multiple times but no one answered - leaving us stranded and at risk of missing our flight. Refund was refused

really simple user friendly experience. and a great professional service. i hope next time I get the same driver.

I have been trying to setup an account for hours, but am getting an error and can't pass the step of adding my mobile number. Very frustrating.
