The only way to sign up for a wash was through the app. After I did that, it took nearly 25 minutes to recognize my location. I returned 2 months later and purchased a single wash. There was a glitch and it charged me for 2 simultaneous washes. I choose not to return, however months later I first noticed I was being charged $20 each month for membership. I never signed up for membership since I only purchased a single wash. I am unable to cancel this and get refunded.

No way to cancel the membership, if there is, I currently can not find it in the app or on the website. I loved having the pet wash but my dog died recently & I have no use for this. You need to have the ability to cancel your membership anytime,& have that easily accessible within the app & website. The app is updated, I have the S22 Ultra, so it's not like I am carrying around a junky phone. If I still can't find the ability to cancel, I will be disputing the charge on my card when it appears.

The POS payment system did not work at dog wash and I had a muddy emergency. No one answered the posted phone number, so I downloaded the app so I could get my dog washed. Due to all the frustration, I did not realize payment through the app was a recurring subscription. (vision issues). There's no option to cancel through the app or have a way to remove your card information. Yeah, I'm getting old and realize this dog wash company purposely makes canceling impossible. not good!
