the app is as described acceptable for transactions and monitoring, transferring and issuing automatic payments from other bank institutions. There is a weakness though and it may be the bank or maybe the app but you cannot easily freeze or reissue a lost or stolen card. This is an area for improvement, instead of a one click button to freeze or reissue card, you have to use the messaging system which is delayed on the weekends too

Previous versions of this app have been awesome. The newest update I installed last week does not register, and the app is forcing me to go back to the Play store to re-install the update. Today (10/24/2025), I have deleted the app in full and reinstalled it. When this did not work, I cleared all data and cache storage in my phone, to no avail. Please fix this app and restore functionality so I may see my bank information. Thanks so much. Edit: I have the newest version of the app.

To resolve this issue, delete the AllSouth app from your phone, go to the Play Store, and search 'AllSouth Federal Credit Union'. Then select 'Install' on our app. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date app version.

the app keeps asking me to upgrade everytime I try to log in, something is wrong and very annoying. it just started about a week ago. No problems before. I Uninstaller it, changed my pass code, saw my account ,logged out and went to log in again and it's doing the same thing, asking me to update.😡 11/12/25- update much better now after deleting the app totally and reinstalling it.
