Original app was very useful. After last update, some photos & purchase prices disappeared. When I try adding photo, nothing happens. Often when trying to edit an entry the app quits. Has become a pretty useless app.
App keeps crashing. Very difficult to navigate. App photo library and device photos should interchange. Should be able to save the app photos to my device, and use device photos in the app.
Easy to use. Not sure why do many have had issues. No problems here. Simple and straightforward way to log your personal belongings

Easy to use app we had to file a claim and do inventory of property destroyed. I was excited at how easy it was to take pictures and add information to my inventoried items. However, at the time to hand over the items in our digital locker to the claims agent the items would not translate to a format to be easily emailed (believe me we tried all available export formats, we also tried from a mobile and desktop). We finally gave the agent our login information , our agent could not transport the information we input in our digital locker. *Sigh* great tool, but what is the use of inputting information in an app from your insurance agent if in the end you just have to do double work and type all the information in a spreadsheet. Why doesn't the digital locker correspond with how agents run claims? Very frustrating, but great inventory keeper.
Well I have all state as of this past month for home and 3 automobiles. We switched from Geico, whom we had been with for many years until they raised our friends insurance for no apparent reason after they informed them of their company discount the month before that they hadn't been receiving . Any way It looks like I'm going to look for another insurance company after this apps failed attempt to provide any kind of reliable service. Look at all the consistency in the complaints over the last 2 years. A reliable company would have had this app figured out if they knew what they were doing or had any real concern of its poor performance! The only thing that is reliable about this app is its negative impact on people who attempted to use it for materials equity security. So it's only logical to conclude that All-State is incompetent or just doesn't care. It's surely not the fact that they don't have the resources to fix the application. Sorry for the negaive feedback. I really don't enjoy relaying it . But our time was wasted and there's no compensation for the list time, frustration other the lack of consideration.
