Biggest problem lately, not telling you how much the customer is covered for, BEFORE accepting the job. Please fix!
I use this app to make money & am forced to unistall/reinstall it wkly...& therefore miss out on business!!!
As the crow flies. They use a straitline to map the rescue location. So if you check every job mile your eating up to 200 miles a week depending on how many recues they give you and how far away they are. It will say 12 miles when it que in but when you accept the job and click on location of recuse it says 20 miles so you just drove an extra 8 miles for that job. And if you don't get another job after that one then you got 8 extra miles home. I learned one thing doing this call every customer before taking off cos if they dont anwser the phone they will give you a dreaded GOA. LOL . Who drives in a straitline?
This app has major problems.. please fix
Total crap So many negative things to say about this app. I would be here all night.losing money and makes you look bad.90 sec to reply,I hit accept to accept a job and sometimes declines it. Once in awhile I will sign out and go off duty to take care of things and log back in and go on duty and they still send these jobs threw and then there's five jobs timed out.The biggest problem is I have to do ten jobs to raise my acceptance rate 1%but decline one job and I'll be damn they Drop it 1%.Bs
