About this app

Allworx Reach brings the rich functionality of your Allworx phone to your mobile device. Create a SIP handset to place and receive calls, including Transfer, Park, and 3-way conference. You'll have easy access to Contacts (Allworx directory, personal, and contacts shared from other apps) and Call History, including Allworx users' Presence and Busy Lamp Field status. Manage your voicemails.

If Upgrading to Allworx Reach 5 from the previous Allworx Reach application, you must first uninstall the Legacy application before installing Allworx Reach 5.

Ratings and reviews

The last update has greatly improved audio quality. The ability to switch from 5G to Wi-Fi on the fly is very nice. The add-on Link license to switch from a data call to a cell call also works well. We found that T-mobile is wrecking audio flowing over their network and it would be nice to have the app devs build a way to have the audio tunneled to go around that problem.

How did you make it even worse? I didn't think that was possible. Android phone and it takes 5 tries for the reach app to actually use my cell for extend and it absolutely will not acknowledge incoming calls. Great job

Fantastic App. Reach Remote Controll is an amazing feature.
