Update: app has been working very well for the past few years. No complaints. Check deposit seems to no longer be functional. Very frustrating. Can't deposit checks on my moto g or my wife's moto x.
Currently getting errors when trying to view orders. Error WS999. Logging in the website is very slow but its all I can do until the issue is fixed. 5 Stars then...
The worst customer service experience. I have stopped recommending because of issue with certain machines. Also deposits posting are inconsistent. Take a full week when a confirmation email says "next business day".
I have been with Ally for a year now and have had no problems. App is easy to use and understand. You can call and talk to an actual person! 24 hours a day that's great! Thanks for making banking easier.
Still getting the white screen. Galaxy s8+, most recent update.
This app is terrible for mobile trading. Slow and shows my available funds as 0 even though the website shows differently. Fix this app.
