Such an ugly app!!!!! Uploading photo does not work, downloading insurance card does not work, searching for providers is very difficult, no booking appointments option. Almost useless. What a shame that you partner with Dubai government and provide such a pathetic app for the users/insured.

such pathetic app. the user interface is Soo bad. Not showing results in my area. Not able to find doctors through the filter options under find doctor. what is the purpose of this app then. cannot even book appointments.
