So far I've been an Android user since the first Note. I've tried countless camera apps, maybe all of them at this point. This one provides the fastest and most accurate shots I've encountered this far. I'm not a pro, but the tool set seems to be top notch especially for a buck on my Nexus 6.
This app gets the highest rating of the apps I tested. The pictures are pretty consistently sharp, the interface is friendly, and it has a lot of customizable settings available. The ISO is retained when you close/re-open the app, and if you toggle the phone off and on, the app remains available above the locked screen. It has the features I was looking for.
I like this app it has a lot of good manual settings. for strictly a camera app I like manual camera better. I think manual cameras is a bit easier to use. quicker to get at and change settings. I would like the developers to look at the manual white balance settings I have the Google pixel 2 XL phone. I find the white balance is kind of combining tint control which is green purple within the temperature range which is blue yellow. I would like to actually see two separate settings one for tint and one for temperature so that doesn't seem to be working on my pixel 2. I seem to get a purple sky instead of a more natural sky. As one example. Everything else seems to work. once I set everything up the way I like in the manual settings I would like a way to double tap or something to get rid of the on-screen controls. That's why I usually prefer in apps where they build the controls around the screen instead of an overlay on what you're trying to video or take a picture of. And the manual camera app does a great job at doing this just check it out and see what I'm talking about.
Was ok for a while, became buggy after a while. Devs didnt reply in half a yaer, no update or fix
