Ratings and reviews

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I booked a 5-star hotel and paid in full for a non-refundable reservation, but never received a confirmation. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper response. On the day of check-in, they told me to either pay extra or accept a refund. There’s no proper customer support—only WhatsApp communication, which is completely unprofessional and frustrating. Avoid using this app.

this application is very bad I tried to fill in my information more than 10 times and every time they removed the information and asked again to re-enter after that the price increase when I contact customer care every time they tell me there are new updates and that this issue well be fixed after that, it's the same issue I contacted customer care a lot but they don't care I did not advise you to use this application.

This seemed more like a scam. I booked a confirmed, non-refundable reservation with them, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was told there was no reservation. Contacting their customer service was evasive: "I did what I was supposed to do, and someone else will contact you to follow up." Of course, no one has contacted me. We're waiting to see if they will refund my money.
