Ratings and reviews

The app does not function properly at all. I am unsure of its purpose as every time I open it, it automatically switches to the browser. This is quite inconvenient as it disrupts my workflow. Additionally, it consistently prompts me to authenticate my device, which is a time-consuming process. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to improve the overall usability of the app.

One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

There are two main issues and bugs in the app. 1- when I login into it and try to do something, it says "your session timeout due to inactivity". This happens immediately after logging into the app. 2- When I click on transfer amount. It counts it as a transaction irrespective of the success of transaction. I haven't done any transactions and still I'm facing the issue of " daily transaction limit exceeded". Same issue occures when I try to add a beneficiary. I haven't added any beneficiary.
