One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

the description says available 24h but almost every time I try to log in it lags and it never open it's frustrating because sometimes I have to make an important transaction or any other operation but I can't cause it never opens! I tried switching networks but it's still bad and it's been going on for a while now so fix your app!!

I have very worst experience with bank app, after opening an account I have received a verification call from bank that was in Arabic and I don't know Arabic. The call must be in English. After that, I tried several times to login but it shows me the error that my phone number is not registered. To resolve the issue I have visited the nearby branch but the staff is very incompetent and non cooperative.. they didn't guide customers properly. I am very disappointed from Al-Rajhi Bank.
