Arguably the worse app i've experienced in years. Although the word experience is a stretch because despite many attempts i haven't been able to register. Did anyone on the design team even take a look at how other mobile banking apps deal with registration. If someone was paid to deliver this app...the bank should ask for a refund. Absolutely hopeless, 1 star is too much. There must have been an update to the app as I'm now able to register and access my account.

So far it's okay! I see a lot of people the registration is difficult, for the password I had to use like 12 characters, CAPITAL, non cap, numbers, and special figures. Also for the pin number you can't do things like your birthday or any variants of it which I found interesting! You have to play around with the password and pin but I did end up finishing registering within 20/30 mins

I can't even register. I try to log my passport details but then in the top right, it gives those red circles and says "something went wrong". Sometimes it glitches and lets me get to the next step but when I try to change the country code for the phone number, again "something went wrong"...
