Arguably the worse app i've experienced in years. Although the word experience is a stretch because despite many attempts i haven't been able to register. Did anyone on the design team even take a look at how other mobile banking apps deal with registration. If someone was paid to deliver this app...the bank should ask for a refund. Absolutely hopeless, 1 star is too much. There must have been an update to the app as I'm now able to register and access my account.

It's always logging me out, it won't allow a complex password to be pasted from my password manager, and it doesn't have tax documents available. I had an email from them saying my statement was ready, but clicking on the statements bit in each account yielded nothing, despite having opted into paperless. In the past I've had to ring them up to get an email sent with a link to a different website to get my annual statement. Al Rayan pays good rates but this inconvenience is enough to put me off

such a horrendous system. always logs you out. In order to be logged back in you need a 10 step vwrification system that doesnt work and you end up going in circles. I'm getting really frustrated and am considering leaving Al Rayan just because of the terrible app.
