Physical banking is very Good 👍 but using this app is my worst experience ever. The app is very slow and does not work smoothly, reinstalled it several times and on different devices as well but no change.

The positive aspect of this app is that it includes all options in a single application. The major drawback is I’ve noticed that the app can be slow, especially when entering information like my pin number. It doesn’t register the taps quickly, which can be frustrating. Additionally, transitions to the next page or while making money transfers can be laggy at times. I believe this application needs to improve, taking Benefit Pay application as an ideal example in terms of speed/ease of use
