The App's engaging, intelligent interface allows consumers to easily register using their Facebook/Apple/Google accounts or mobile numbers. Once registered, users will gain access to a complete history of their parking sessions.
The customer profile at Secure Parking App will be associated with one electronic ticket “e-ticket” that can be used across Secure Parking’s managed car parks with no need for paper tickets anymore.
The App also provides users with a fast checkout experience by offering a variety of parking fee payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit/debit cards. Registered users will receive their payment slip over email and they can opt for the 'remember your payment method' option, saving time during future transactions.
