QR code blank after update. Uninspiring app now... Contactless, not at all. POINTLESS- Absolutely... I can see my points but can't use them... I have seen similar reviews for sometime now, so why is this not fixed.. Because THEY can't be bothered.....
My subsquad xt8qyf. Since the QR code is missing in the app you are forced to use your card. It's still handy to track your points and use map to find nearest subway shop. I use subway when I'm in the city and finding the closest shop is not always easy. This app makes it a breeze.
I now give this a two star. App is okay but this left a bad taste after been charged £1.20 extra for a mid warmed sandwich. If Subway rolls this out fully then I for one will be deleting this app & looking for a new daily eat after using my points up
Keeps logging you out after updates so if you want to save some money through the loyalty program forget it, at the chekout you'll find out no info is available and you're left to frantically remember and key in your password. Useless.
App is rubbish. Completed all the required info with password meeting all requirements but it says due to upgrade it won't accept. But doesn't say why!!!!! Tried 10 different passwords all meeting requirements. Sort it out Subway!!!
Can't even sign in on app because it says incorrect email or password and the username and password both work on the website. Please fix this problem.
