I had nearly 4500 points on the app... got an update for the app, lost the lot. Contacting subway will do nothing. Raging to be honest and have never set foot in a subway since then
It had malware(malicious software) on it - my virus software picked it up straight away... do not download!!!
At long last update has fixed the issues, auto update now turned off
the app is ok for checking on your points but it wont let me see my subcard barcode so cant use the app for anything else, update required?????
Since up date can't log in and dosnt recognise my detail not happy
According to my antivirus it has malware on it, please resolve.
Improve notifications. All customers please update as soon as possible.
