Where is your scanning code? I went to scan for my points and it's not there. I better not have lost them all!

Hardly ever registered transactions correctly. Usually everything showed as £0 and now I find my 999 points have been wiped 'as I've not used the card in 12 months' complete joke and waste of time. At least make sure the app actually works before starting to wipe points from accounts with no warning. Uninstalled app and in no rush for another Subway.
Can't log into the app, changed my account password over and over, doesn't work... Can't find any contact details so I can get this sorted... Rubbish! Why can't I select ZERO stars???
This app has always worked fine for me but since downloading it on my new phone it hasn't let me log in at all. I've changed my password multiple times and emailed support (whose only advice was that I change my password) but it still won't work. I'm frustrated that I still can't access my account.
