180717 update: It's working again! Hooray! However, I suggest you always carry your physical subcard just in case it stops working again! I know I will be. Dave 140617: I can't login again. The error message is: Sorry No trader has this Ident under this program. I can login using a browser on my laptop though using the same credentials. This app often doesn't work. My tip is to always use your card instead of this app. Dave
What a lot of messing about, following the recent updat it reset my app. So when we popped in to get kids some food with the points I had available, my card details had gone... with no money and no card with me had to re-register my details using my last delated email from subway for my account number... needles to say all the other customers had to wait a good 10-15mins!
Stop messing with it. Since the last update I now have to restart the app at least 5 times to get it to display my qr code to receive or spend points. It almost never opens on that page anymore. Very annoying
I had nearly 4500 points on the app... got an update for the app, lost the lot. Contacting subway will do nothing. Raging to be honest and have never set foot in a subway since then
Good app. Ignore idiots who say they lost their data due to updates etc. They are just thick. You can log in to the website and still do the same things as this app. Your data is not even saved on your device so the complaints make no sense.
RUBBISH. can't even complete the registration process as it comes up password is invalid when you close this box you will be directed to another page to complete the process..... Nada
Improve notifications. All customers please update as soon as possible.
