Password Reset issue The app was working perfectly fine until it told me I had to reset my password. I did this through the website as couldn't do this through the app, but when I returned to the app it had not automatically updated. Now I have forgotten what I changed my password to :( Massive faff!! But when app does work, it is very easy to use. Always have your screen brightness on full though otherwise the subway staff get stressed and it doesn't work.
Update issues It tried to get me to change my password but would never take me to the page to do it. I had to go on the website log in there change my password and unistall the app and redownload it to get it working again. For all the carry on I have had I have taken some stars off as this should never have been an issue in the first place, I mean how safe does a loyalty card for a sandwich have to be.
Security password reset Like most of you, I was locked out after the app update. The way I have sorted it was to uninstall the app. Reinstall it, go to login, then you will find the automated "reset your password" message, but this time, when you click OK it actually brings up the forgotten your password box. I received the email to reset my password, carried out the password reset, and was able to log back into app with my new password. Hope this helps...
Doesn't work Seriously does no one at subway bother reading these reviews. Like everyone else it tells me I need to update my security but it won't allow me keeps telling me once this box closes you will be directed to a screen to change password but doesn't take me to it but won't allow me to do anything and keep getting this error message. The update clearly does not work for lots of people
So secure no one can log into your account now It's a loyalty sandwich app not logging into NSA / FBI computers. Maybe Hilary Clinton should employ these staff for apps for her computers. Now after update old password does not work , and change it (and uninstall ed) but still can not log in. Subway sort this out , it been going on for too long and requirements for password is beyond a joke.
Doesn't work anymore! Can't even login after reinstalling to associate my card. Keep getting the message "Sorry. We are currently experiencing some issues. Please close the app and try again". How on earth should I use my card to get points? The receipt with points is not always given by person at the till.
This version includes minor bug fixes & security improvements. For best results log out of the app before updating.
