Try and setup account with my sub card… meet the password requirements. Then says password requirements have changed and I will be redirected to a page where I can reset my password. This doesn't happen. Thought I would try seeing if I'm already set up says it doesn't know my email endless loop of fail..... Nexus 5 Android 6.0.1
Every time I go to use this garbage app I have to sign in and every time it tells me my sign in is wrong... New update, no Better, at least you can trust subways app to be consistent!! It's guaranteed to get worse after each update we'll done... Now it's. Really slow aswell
Yet another app update that doesn't know how to keep users credentials. Or how to add sign in(yes, it's there but invisible as noone checked the style and it's covered)?? Unbelievable. I'll revert to holding a real card as this this is pointless
I never had a problem with the app until latest update. Now it says sign in info incorrect or account expired!customer service email is shocking got no use out of them either. Forgotten password link doesn't work it doesn't even send anything to my email address!! Poor app needs sorting!!!!
Unable to use it. Keeps telling me to follow the link in my email when i open it. Also DOES NOT let me put the full number of discount card. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. But no joy.... No issue with my phone or network.
Wouldn't allow me to register as got stuck on "find my address" no matter what I entered it couldn't find anything so just didnt allow me to continue. I went to browse through some other features but just got errors. Uninstalled now and won't bother again if it performs so poorly.
