It only works when you can truly pick up after ordering and paying online. I went 2 min earlier than pickup time and saw my order sitting on back counter. Waited for 4 people to pay at the cashier then squeezes in to say I am picking up my online order. Ignored for another 5 min. Then I decided to queue for the line. Another 2 min, the guy said you need to pick it up from cashier. Now my food sat for at least 10 minute and my toasted sandwich is now cold and soggy. Not a happy customer. I suggest you need a sign saying online pickup and with food closer to the cashier if that is the system you have.
For a huge and profitable multinational brand, it seems the Subway division is not putting in much effort when it comes to their mobile offering. Its a shame for their franchisees, as they are the ones who lose business because of this.
App continues to crash. Can't go past selecting my store. Reinstall doesn't fix it.
Fix it!!! App confirmed my order was successful, even gave me a confirmation number and the restaurant name. Arrived at the pick up time, and nothing. Was told they didn't get it, even the confirmation number was no help at all. Frustrating!
Gave up on app. Ordered a pizza instead Terrible app design, looks and feels clunky as hell. Stop wasting money on rebranding your image every six months and put some dollars over here because not only does it look bad, it crashes every time... Get it together Jared!
